To keep it simple these are my quick thoughts as a returning customer. I’ve bought several wigs from them over the last couple years. Pros: With hat could definitely pass as real hair Beautiful color blend Cheap Good choice for wig beginners Good choice for hair emergency Pretty curls - very bouncy Sheds a little bit not much of gentle Cons: Unrealistic hairline (needs a lot of work) A bit shiny (not too bad though) Gets worn out pretty quickly (2-3 weeks imo) Tangles fairly easily Strange smell, kinda like a pool? Lol —————————— I did cut the wig shorter and added some layers in the front to frame my face a bit better but nothing crazy. Turned out pretty nice. I wouldn’t like to wear this wig every day because I’m not a fan of the feeling synthetic wigs but I have bought from this brand several times when I’ve needed something pretty in a pinch. It’s comes ready, you only have to cut a bit of lace. I think for the price you’re getting a good product.     • Tangles easily, return statement says I can’t send back

Used once, tangled horribly. I bought three colors, 2 unused yet: I request a replacement so I can try the recommendations of reviews to try and combat this, but this one isn’t fixable. Went to send back says it’s can’t be used or it will be rejected- please contact me

The part is unnatural looking but if you style it right the whole wig is honestly great. I ran around with my niece in it and didn’t have issues with big tangles. Literally ran my fingers through it and it was perfect
