Appears to be good quality shorts as described. Unfortunately, I read the other reviews and so sized up for my size 8 daughter to size 10. The size 10 was really baggy and went to mid knee cap instead of above the knee. Not the look she wanted. She was hoping for slim fit Bermuda shorts. I think these may be true to size. Daughter (for reference) is an average height slim 9 year old who normally wears a size 8. We may return for a smaller size and I will update this review. These were nice, well made shorts. The only problem is that they were not a true Bermuda short. They hit about 3-4” above my daughter’s knee which was way too short for our needs.
