Can add a few drops to a container with hot water for deep inhalation with a towel covering the head, I put it in my humidifier but it will destroy it. The way it fills the room is worth it. Just a few drops to you liking. Too much will be..to much. Will burn your eyes but open the nostrils and help clear up phlegm too. Add a few pieces of menthol...!!!

The scent is way too strong for any form of fragrance sensitivity; not nearly as neutral and basic as I was hoping it would be.
