The Gummies were a perfect size and two of them is all you need. I take them every morning. I give them to my kids as well. They don’t even realize that they’re eating a supplement. They taste like candy. Although they have some calories, I think it’s a lot less than what I was getting when I was taking elderberry syrup. They don’t have any effect on my digestive system, and I haven’t had any gastrointestinal problems as a result of taking it. There’s been no strange side effects or anything like that. The gummy tastes great so my grandson will take this one as well. The gummies have black elderberry long known to improve our ability to fight illness. The extract in these is from premium berries so makes me feel like I am getting a better product. It also has vitamins specific to immunity and includes coconut oil. These taste great and seem to keep us free from coughs and colds and support our immune system well. The kids and I like the taste and I have been using them for 2 years now with good success. They do not cause us any digestion or stomach issues and as they are gummies they are easy to take. The texture is chewy and sweet and the value for the money is very reasonable.
