The way these baskets are folded to ship are wonderful and leaves no creases. I pushed out the bottom and stuffed them with pillows for a couple of days to stretch the shape back out to the boxy shape as intended. Instructions say to steam to remove creases, but I didn't have to. They held the boxy shape, even empty. I liked the high sides (11"x11"x11") to store linens but I was worried they would sag if not completely filled. The thickness of the rope is high quality and helps keep the structure. I love that they are a natural fiber, no smell and safe in my home. It says you can machine wash if necessary, but I'm not sure I would try it, unless there was some sort of disastrous spill or something. At this price point, I would probably just purchase new ones. They look so much more high end than what they actually cost. I would recommend this to anyone looking for rope storage baskets. Exceeded my expectations, very happy.

Good-sized storage cubes can be expensive — and many are flimsy and tacky looking. These all cotton rope-style cubes have a great organic look and feel. I got the beige (12 of them to fill a bookcase). They’re substantial but not clunky and look like they will hold up.
