UPDATE: the seller reached out and fixed the issue. GREAT customer service and I love the quality and look of these curtains!! I will definitely be back and buying more curtains from this seller!!!! I REALLY want to give these curtains 5 starts BUT due to the lack of quality control and missing/broken hooks, I have to give this 2 stars! One panel had pleat tape with 38 channels, while the other panel had 48. The distance between each was different making my pleats different; tight vs. loose. Also, I needed 10 hooks per panel (20 total), to do the 3 pleated look but I only got 14 hooks and 3 of them were broke (see pic). The fabric feels amazing and the curtains have a very expensive and elegant look and feel to them. I was so excited for these but it was a total disappointment! Another thing to note, if going for the 3 pleat look, your first and last hook should be 2 pleats (use 3 pockets instead of 4). If not, then you will be left with 2 at the end which looks weird. ... show more

*update - unfortunately I’m returning the curtains because of the smell. It seemed to have dissipated but came back stronger and got worse and worse as the days went on. I couldn’t tolerate the chemical smell. Im assuming it’s the poly fabric? I don’t know but it’s very unfortunate!* I ordered three different sets of linen type curtains on Amazon to try. I ended up keeping these because of the pleating and also the texture of the fabric. The pleat tape sewn into the back allows you to pleat them which makes them look more expensive than they are. I always prefer to hang a curtain on a ring with hooks and an eyelet over rod pocket or loops. The texture of the “natural” color is more of a gauze woven fabric and looks the most linen realistic for a sheer curtain. Looking at reviews, it looks like the white color is an entirely different fabric than the natural. I’m going to double up the panels on each side of my window so I’m waiting for another set to arrive, hence one side of the window being bare. I put them all up on the rod and labeled them in a photo so you can see the other options I had along with these. The color is a nice soft white. I feel as though the word “natural” is an accurate description of the color. I needed more pleat hooks to hang the curtains but I had some here so it worked out. I think they are a great curtain for the warmer months. They feel light and airy. I’m very sensitive to smells and on a 1 (low) to 5 (high) I would rate these a 2 on smell. They have a slight chemical smell but it seemed to have dissipated in about two days with air purifiers running on high. I would love to see these curtains come in more colors in this particular woven fabric. ... show more

I am SO pleased with these curtains. I ordered: color Natural-pinch, size 50"W x 96"L. They so closely resemble linen at a fraction of the cost. The sewn-in pleat holes and provided drapery hooks also add such an expensive look to them. I did the "French pleats" as pictured. Doing the pleats correctly took me a while, but once I got the hang of it, it was simple and so worth the extra time! Keep in mind that one panel had 34 pleat holes, and the other at 32 pleat holes with how they were sewn, so make sure to count before you start pleating. I actually used a knife to cut two more holes at the end of the panel that had two less to make it even, easy peasy. Also, other buyers complained that their panels were different lengths, but I did not have that problem as mine matched perfectly. Overall, very happy with the result and this product! I am so happy with these curtains. I put up 9 panels. It does take some time to apply the pins to the back, but the beautiful pleated look is absolutely worth it. To “train” the curtains, I used the tie backs included to hang them as narrow as possible, steamed each panel in that position, and let them hang like that for 3 days before taking off the tie backs. Now, they hang naturally and look fantastic. These are great for allowing light in but also providing some privacy. Don’t purchase these if you are looking for 100% privacy though. ... show more
