Initially I had a problem with the skates and this company handled it. The quality of them is oh so comfortable, and they look so beautiful in person, (not just in the photos.) Many products will have problems but Nattork tried to resolve it; which is extremely rare! Thank you Nattork! What does a full grown woman do when she's frustrated with the world? She orders roller skates! I don't have a park or venue near me so it's only been in the house but I'm getting used to wearing them again and am having fun terrorizing the cat. So far, no broken bones!

The media could not be loaded. Had these just a few months and the shoe is coming off the skate They sent me a message saying they'll give em a full refund and I never received it. At this point I would not recommend these or anything made by this company. I even sent a message back asking when will I get refunded I didn't hear a word.
