My son has only skated a few time, so these skates were perfect for him. His feet stayed warm. They were easy to put on and take off. I love that they will fit him for a few years…hopefully. Overall I'm really pleased with the quality of the skates. The boot portion seems well made and the plastic skate portion is solid as well. The only part I think lacks just a little bit in terms of quality looking material, is the vel-cro strap. It just reminded me of really cheap shoes. The rest of the skate is very nice, though. I really like how easy it is to adjust sizes. Hopefully these can last long enough to get through all the sizes these skate cover. Given that we only skate a handful of times each year, they should make it just fine. Worth the investment for years worth of light, occasional use. ... show more
