The tables are beautiful and just what I was looking for! I didn’t give it 5 stars for a couple reasons: 1. A few of the screws were too large and not great quality so I am hopeful they hold over time. It was, however, easy to put together. 2. The larger table arrived with a few scratches. It’s not something that I would want to send it back for. I contacted the company and am waiting to hear back on a good compromise. I love the design and the color is beautiful. So I’m disappointed about the other things but would still order from the company again to give them another chance. Update! They have amazing customer service! To start, I am very satisfied with these tables. They are stylish, easy to assemble, and decently sized. What really stood out to me however was the Nathan James customer service team. Honestly, fantastic customer service, if not the best I've ever dealt with. Due to the shipping process, there were a couple of scratches on the table. They were very timely, responsive, and easy to work with. I had taken a while to respond to them because I was busy with work, and they even went so far as to check on me, ask me how the process was going and made sure I received my replacement promptly. I didn't even have to repackage and send back the damaged item, which saved me a LOT of hassle. They also sent me a box of chocolates afterward as an apology. As I said, truly phenomenal customer service. After replacement, I am very satisfied with the tables. I will definitely try to buy from them from now on. ... show more
