Update: They don’t do replacements but are quick to refund money so no issues there. I want to order another one so bad because it’s so cute, I just don’t want another broken one. Grateful for the no hassle refund. The mirror seems like it will be beautiful. Once I opened the boxed I noticed glass particles coming out. I had my infant on the floor next to me so beware opening around children. After removing my baby I finished taking the entire thing out and needless to say the glass is broken. I’m hopeful for a replacement as I do not want a refund just the mirror :-( I will update once a response is given

My 9-year-old granddaughter was wanting to upgrade her bedroom, taking it from a little kid’s room to something a little more fitting to her changing outlook. She requested a full length mirror and this has fit the bill and then some! She loved it and it is just elegant enough for a pre-teen, yet it can easily “grow” with her into her teen years and beyond. I think it’s perfect for her situation and so does she. It’s nice and heavy so leaning it against a wall is still possible, it’s not going anywhere very easily. And she can still rearrange her room easily if she wants to.

This is a beautiful mirror that adds some “glitz” to a wall in our bedroom. It is unfortunate that the small decorative circles around the perimeter of the mirror were not put in very well and one was not even pushed into the mirror properly so we have to hold it in place with tape and glue and sticks out more than any circle in the mirror.
