This item works well. However, the connecting wire included is a USB to USB-C. Which is fine for slow charging. I used a USB-C to USB-C from a 10w charger to make it charge faster. We use it in our kitchen while we are cooking to watch videos and still charge. Good product. Giving this 3-Stars. It works fine, however I don't like the fact that the indicator light shuts off, and thus not telling you the charging status. I know this is supposed to aid sleeping at nights for light glare. The older version (on the left side in the photo) is better because the charging indicator light stays on all the time. Green Status Light means it's still charging, Blue Status Light means fully charged. I use this at night on my bedroom dresser and the low LED charging light does not affect my sleep. I also appreciate being able to see from afar the charging status. I have several of these scattered all over my house and they work excellent. I still kept this model however I ordered several of the older versions, just in case they stop making them. ... show more

This is the first wireless charger I have tried. Indicates it's compatible with Samsung S23. Initially, I was disappointed this charger didn't seem to "fast charge" with my Samsung S23 and I got a "not compatible" message. However, once I figured out I had to toggle on "fast wireless charging" in the settings on my phone, it worked as expected. Not super fast, but fast enough. I did contact customer service for assistance and they were very prompt with getting back to me and helpful. I also like this style of charger. Works well even with my case. I don't plan to use regularly to daily charging purposes so this will work for me. Price point is good as well. I would recommend to others if your phone is compatible. ... show more
