We were leaving Venice, taking a short flight to Germany. Knowing they couldn't have liquid, I had emptied them and put one bottle on each side of my day pack in the holders. Getting out of the water taxi, my 10-year-old niece was trying to help with our luggage. She thought the ferryman had hold of the pack, but he did not, and it was dropped into the water! Of course this pack had my passport, wallet, phone...everything we needed to get around the rest of our trip. The backpack did not sink! I'm sure this was due to the two empty Nalgene bottles. So not only did these help keep us hydrated during our trip, they also saved us from an immense hassle and stress!

This Nalgene is exactly what I was looking for. It’s minimalistic, lightweight, and the narrow spout makes it much easier to drink from compared to a standard wide mouth bottle. I wanted a smaller bottle for ease of travel, so I got the 16oz (I included a pic of it next to my 32oz HydroFlask for comparison). The color of the bottle is a bit darker than I expected, but I actually prefer it this way.

I have this attached to my backpack for work. I like the small drinking opening but it’s not easy to get once into it. It doesn’t fit into my cup holder to my vehicle as I expected but the orange color is happy and it’s small enough for water at a meal. This is a very good size if you don’t want to be overwhelmed with a big bottle and hefty water goals.

you can't go wrong with a nalgene! This size is perfect for elementary and middle school aged kids (any age really). I like it for my kids because it won't be too heavy in their bags.

I got the amethyst color and it is even more beautiful in real life. The plastic is thick and the cap is very nice. Only complaint is my bottle has weird lines in it, almost like the plastic was poured too thickly in some places. I reached out to Nalgene and asked if it was safe to drink from and was told it was completely safe. So despite the small defect I got I'm still happy with it. My bag got dropped from short distances a few times with the bottle in it, and it didn't break. Feels durable. 10/10 would drink from my bottle again.

I have a 32 oz. Nalgene, but I reach for this 16 oz. narrow mouth Nalgene more! It's a bit thinner then the standard size, so it fits just enough to be semi-stable in my cup holder. It's also not as heavy to throw in my bag or too big to have sitting on my desk. If you need a good little water bottle, go for this one!

I bought this to carry in a Peak Design 6L sling bag. It fits well if you have a slim camera also in the bag. Only thing I wish the nozzle was wide like the larger versions so it’s easier to clean.

Took this on a 12 day 90 mile backpacking trip. Great addition to my one liter nalgene bottles. Used it for gatoraid mixes so it could go in the Bear bag at night. Spout is perfect for drinking out of and easy to refill.
