I’ve always struggled with my weight. Ever since I was a teenager it’s been difficult for me to put on any weight, unless I eat junk food all day every day. That meant I could never build muscle properly and get stronger in the gym. I finally found Naked Nutrition, a brand that is 100% open and honest about their ingredients with no BS in their products and I gave this weight gainer a shot. I’ve been taking it now for 2 weeks (managed to go so long because I skipped a few days) and it has helped me extremely! I mix it with about 20oz of Almond Milk, shake it up in my bottle blender, and have it is a late night snack after dinner. Even in almond milk it blends really well and the chocolate tastes amazing. When I started drinking this I was barely hitting 160 pounds, now I’m at 168 pounds! My overall strength has improved so much over the past two weeks, lifting weights I could only dream to lift. There’s a few people here who say the first ingredient, maltodextrin, is dangerous. I disagree. If one were to do the research, you’d find that the organic tapioca maltodextrin that is used in this weight gainer and EVERY OTHER weight gainer is both perfectly fine for your health (with the proper dosage) and a necessary to help you gain weight. I know this price tag is a lot considering the amount you get, but keep in mind this is not a product you buy all the time. It’s a weight gainer to help you bulk and once you reach your weight goal, you take it out and continue on with Whey and Casein proteins. Also a little side note, this is not going to help recovery like other protein shakes do. While there are valuable nutrients in this mix, and a lot of protein, its main goal is to help you bulk up. If you want recovery you’re still going to need Whey protein or Casein, or possibly mix this with BCAAs but I have not tried that. I think I’m gonna buy one more to help me reach my bulk weight. Love this product, love the taste, and love Naked Nutrition.

So the good points first: Flavor is great, a lot like fair life choc milk Smooth & easy to drink Never upset my stomach No weird aftertaste/consistency/film like I’ve had with other whey drinks Now I wouldn’t say this is all “bad” but things you should know before buying The jar is 8lbs of powder, it’s huge & only 11 servings if you go by what the label tells you to do This stuff does not mix well without a blender, if you don’t have one I had decent success by adding ice cubes & shake the hell out of it ha The foam can get thick enough that the ice cubes can sit on top No matter how you mix it it’s going to foam up, I suggest mixing it half a scoop at a time And no matter the amount of drink your planning to make, use a container with twice that volume, I use 2 scoops in 12oz of milk & a couple of ice cubes & it fills my 24oz thermos to the top! I take this 2-3 times as day, I split the dose in 1/2 to the recommended serving size for each serving. I’ve noticed I’ve steadily gained 20lbs over the course of 4 months. Tastes great, mixes well, great for smoothies! Anyone who’s on a vegan diet and has difficulty bulking I really recommend this. I was stuck at 150lbs for a long time but now I have a resting weight of 175lbs (6 foot). Can’t wait to get to 190lbs by end of year
