I read reviews where these stuck to furniture finish and did damage, so I proactively bought some adhesive felt sheets when I bought these, cut the felt to fit, and now they’re perfect. I’ve had them for several months on an expensive media console with zero issues.

The claw is heavy and has a very grippy surface. It'll stay even on a smooth table or counter top and take all the sticks you can put on it. A simple but great product. I bought a black one - and regretted it. I take it with me to the pool hall on league nights. I should've bought a bright colored one so I can put my initials on it with a marker.
