Bought this for my wife. It was easy to blow up by mouth, but I used a pump. The fabric is soft. Before using, I allowed it to sit inflated to make sure it held the air. Be sure to push the air valve into the pillow after filling it with air. The first time the wife used it she went all out. She put her favorite vibrator in the hole and it stayed firmly attached. Needless to say, she enjoyed it. The only issue was I probably put too much air in the pillow. When she put it under her hips it wasn't very comfortable. I suggest inflating the pillow to the point it has some "give" and not real firm. Experiment with it and have fun. ... show more
