I appreciate the filter for its price. It cuts down well enough on the sounds of plosives when recording. My only issue is with the gooseneck supporting the filter. It is too weak to support the filter, and it droops down at the point furthest from the filter, significantly limiting my ability to adjust the position of the filter. This is a nice device. The gooseneck is heavy enough to provide good support for the filter, so you don't have to worry about it sagging in use. There's a swivel on the filter ring which makes it easy to position. The base clamp opens wide enough to grasp the base of a classic RCA-77DX mic I use, and that's saying a lot - it's a large base. This pop filter is well built, and I like the concept of the clamp, but the flaw in the design is that the clamp can't be opened wide enough to fit the largest pipe size that will go into the bracket. This means that you can only use this on pipes that are significantly smaller than the bracket size. Fortunately I was able to clamp it to an edge of the clamp that is holding my microphone, but it's a little bit of a wonky install. ... show more

Having recently decided to start recording music at home, I knew that I would need a proper pop filter for my mic. This was one of the first ones that came up on Amazon, and it works exactly as I need it to! It bends pretty well, and it was able to attach wherever I've needed it to.

I think it’s good quality and a good price. Could easily find same level of quality in any specialty music shop. Don’t recognize the brand but sometimes good gear isn’t brand specific. I think it’s worth the money.

you cannot beat this for the money! It is a quality and ergonomic build. My problem is it's to big! I use a Blue Spark SL Black and the pop screen is way to big. Other than than I love it. Oh and this one did not clamp down right but I have a replacement coming.. 2nd one is id Perfect! :)

Cuts P's, will save editing time. Durability is unknown. The connection point between the mount and clamp comes loose from time to time, collapsing the position of the mic.. Will see if it's a problem over time. Also, the size is much bigger than it needs to be to do the job.
