I have purchased 3 of these German mugs. They are very well built, and have gorgeous cuts on the crystal every where. The quality of these mugs are as good as I have seen. They come each, packed in its own box, and than has bubble wrap around each box. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy these mugs again. I bought 2 for Xmas gifts, and one for myself. Plus the manufacturer of these mugs, was gracious enough to send me an email to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. In today’s crazy world, this is almost unheard of after the sale. These were a gift. They were very well received and already in use! Bought two mugs and they are beautiful. No defects. The gentleman I bought these for has large hands and he can only fit about 3 fingers in the handle but he doesn’t care because he loves the look of them.

    • Could use a bigger handle.
The inside of the handle measured from the top of the arc to the bottom is 2-5/8". Three inches would be ideal. I like a four finger grip and I need 2.75" for effortless grab and go. Beautiful mug with a good price. If you have big hands, you will have to keep looking.
