These cleaning pots are meant to be used with airbrushes to prevent overspray from clouding up the space while cleaning airbrushes. The jar is made out of heavy glass and makes for easy cleaning and the top is plastic which is safer for the air brush. I remember when these first came out a long time ago and the design has stayed pretty much the same. This one works as it should and came with extra tools for cleaning airbrushes but I rarely use them. There might be a chance I might have to use them in the future but as long as one quickly cleans the airbrush right away after every use, these tools will not be necessary. Will see how well this works over time. Will update if anything happens.

I like that the cleaning jar is glass - it gives it some heft and seems easier to clean vs plastic. It comes with instructions, but they don't go into detail regarding how to use the various tools. I'm sure I can find that information on the web, but it would be nice to have more information included. That said, it's a good value for a useful tool. This kit came with brushes and other things to clean the airbrush… after reading the instructions i was expecting something different as far as the way the jar worked to clean the airbrush, but its just to collect the fumes and spray from the airbrush while cleaning it. Doesn’t actually do anything to help clean the airbrush.

This Nabowner Airbrush Kit 13 Piece Airbrush Cleaning Kit and decanting Pot are useful and key tools for the average airbrush user. The glass pot is glazed and is very durable in design and construction. Unlike some airbrush pots, the Nabowner unit has an airbrush stand and bottle stabilizer (a big plus). This set also comes with extra overspray filters. Regarding the filters, it is important to note that they will not completely prevent fumes and overspray from leaving the bottle when cleaning an airbrush. The filters do, however, greatly reduce the amount of thinner or paint that is released into the work environment. The pot should still be used in an area with good ventilation. The cleaning brushes included in the kit are of moderate quality and should provide some limited service but I would not expect them to last too long. Also be aware that the cleaning brushes (shaft) are made of a soft metal that could potentially scratch or damage your airbrush. When using the brushes please use a gentle motion/force and plenty of thinner to help with cleaning and lubrication. Overall, for the quality, price point, workplace environment, and utility, I recommend the Nabowner airbrush cleaning kit for airbrush users.

I recently started using an airbrush and cleaning it out was very fiddly. When I saw this I thought to try it out. Well it couldn't be simpler. I dump the excess paint mix in a paper cup with tissue then, depending on whether I'm using acrylics or lacquer paints, I use either water or thinners to clean out the airbrush. I put some water in the glass jar to begin with and blasted the airbrush through into this cleaner. A couple of backwashes and a blast through and my airbrush is ready to go with the next color. The cleaner has a decent weight to it too, which it needs. You don't want the airbrush and it's line pulling the cleaner over. When finished I just dump the cleaner contents out and wipe the jar clean. It also gives me somewhere handy to rest the airbrush other than on the holders that are on the compressor, which is on the floor beside me.

This is a well thought out and extensive cleaning kit for air brushes. I've seen these used in various YouTube videos by airbrush artists so I finally decided to grab one. Everything feels very high quality and the glass jar is thick and substantial. This will be a great addition and will help to keep my airbrushes clean and free from clogs.
