Easy to apply. I take them at their word that is help protect the wood. I used this on a live edge table and floral about a year ago and so far so good. No scratches or stains have appeared.

This stuff is great. Used to finish a 12 foot table. The coverage was exactly as the instructions said.

Item just arrived, Have not been able to try the product yet, The hard coat arrived leaking in the case, not exactly sure how much was lost, too expensive to be leaking before it arrives, 1☆ because not returnable, so no swaping bottles

    • It’s ok
It works “okish” I was looking for a quick fix at my restaurants, I would not recommend I’ve us a real finish. Rubio mono coat is the answer, take your time and did it right. $175 to experiment, I’ve wasted money on worse but wouldn’t use it again.

My goto finish for furniture items that will get a lot of use and needs extra protection. When you follow the application instructions, which are pretty simple, it provide a great protective coat to items that need a little extra protection. Expensive, yes, but a little goes a long way, and being I have a wood working shop where I make and sell items, it's cost effective in the long run for me to ensure I give my customers extra protection. I also love the finish it provides, usually over Rubio Monocoat Pure 2C. It really doesn't bump up the sheen unless you apply extra top coats, and you still get a natural look and feel of the wood grain. Continues to be my goto for my higher end products that need extra protection. ... show more

    • Waste of money
This product is extremely expensive. I used it on 3 different finish coats. One time with Rubio Monocoat oil Plus on a dining table, with Odie's Oil on a shelf, and with Osmo Polyx Hard Wax oil on a coffy table I built with black walnut hardwood. When you apply it is shiny, same as any other fresh finish coats. Once it's cured, looks the same as before. By the way, Osmo Polyx Hard Wax oil was the best finish look. So save your money for better prepossess. ... show more
