So I was really excited to receive this week one because I enjoy includes a cap as well as a handwritten thank you note. Upon taking it out of the net immediately fell in love with a color and texture of the wig. I will say that the hairline was not what I expected as I was planning to pluck and tease the week to my liking. When I realized that it’s not your standard hairline I was a bit disappointed because the color is so beautiful I contacted the seller( Who included a card with three ways to contact them including Instagram email and WhatsApp) Informing them that the product was not what I expected and expressing my concerns before coming to Amazon to write a review. The seller got back to me within an hour refunded me and offered to send it A different product more related to what I was looking for. I am beyond pleased with this level of customer service and would happily purchase another product from them. Honestly. Also I will say that even though the wig was not to my liking I’m sure the other wig wearers who might be a little more experienced with customizing a wig to fit their needs would be pleased with the quality and color of the hair.     • Unnatural hairline.

The color is different from the pictures. The brown is actually very dark, the highlights are reddish brown . It sits very far back on the head, creating a very high forehead , unnatural hairline. Not befitting for a Chemo patient.

Not what I was expecting. I am better off with a lace front wig. This is more of a costume wig! Also it had a lot of hair bunched into sections that would make a hump in the middle. The front of it looked as if someone burned the edges to seal the hair.

This wig was so matted up everywhere it was impossible to even wear. I dont understand why I was sent a product that looks nothing like the picture. I would like to have the unit I payed for. Not the trash I was sent. I can not even wear the unit I was sent.

This is a gorgeous wig! The highlights are a little less prominent than the product photo, but it isn’t shiny and looks realistic in thickness! There’s a comb in the front to keep it from slipping back, which was really helpful! I didn’t wear it for very long, but it barely frizzed! At first I was so excited because it was in the hairstyle that my mom wants for her own hair. My mom's been losing hair, so I decide bought the wig for my mom but the parting of the hair was so bad I didn't want to gift it for her. It is not like the picture at all DO NOT BUY!
