For me the pillows are a little too soft. I wish there was a little bit more firmness to them; a little more support, but they're still very comfortable. The pillows are very plush and soft, but that also means they're very squishy. They don't really offer me a lot of support, but they're easy to squish into whatever position you need. My cat has basically stolen one of them so I guess they double as a cat bed.

To me they are soo firm, but my husband loves how firm they are. We've had them for a few months now, and they have squished down like normal pillows, or lost their shape and on my pillow it's me and my 4 year who sleeps on it every night.

They are not as firm as I expected but they also aren’t super soft, falling pretty much in the middle in terms of firmness. A little too firm for my liking, but all in all not a bad pillow. It's not a cinderblock or anything, I just prefer very soft pillows. It is supportive and after a bit of use, it's become comfortable enough for me (though I still opt for my thinner/softer ones most of the time). If you're someone who prefers firmer pillows, it's worth a try. If you prefer softer, this probably isn't the pillow for you. ... show more
