I love these sturdy organizer racks! They were a big game changer for my pantry. I needed some place to store my appliances that weren’t in use and this was just the right size. They are sturdy enough to support my heavy crock pot, Dutch oven, instant pot, and waffle maker. I am shocked at the storage capacity of these small organizers. It makes my appliances so much more accessible. The color matches my existing wire shelving in the pantry. Assembly was ok, some of the plastic rings that hold the shelves up were hard to snap, but overall, not too difficult. They were also a great value compared to others I had looked at. Super easy to build and not too heavy! I got it in black and it looks great. It’s nice and simple and really does the job. It’s a great shelf unit that can hold a ton of things. I will say that one of the shelves were dented in the middle but I didn’t mind since I’m not putting too many very heavy things on it. During assembly, we were slightly confused as to why some of the parts felt like they didn’t click together but as soon as you slide the shelves over the small clasps, it tightens perfectly and does not budge. I weigh 105lbs and was able to hang on it (to slide the shelves further down the clasps since we didn’t have a rubber mallet lol) ... show more

This shelving unit is extremely easy to put together. I was able to assemble myself without any assistance. It’s a sturdy shelving unit with thick support bars. I put it together, but then needed to adjust the height of shelves to make everything fit better; it’s easy to adjust as needed! The shelves align well as long as you are making sure you put the clips in the same spot on each post. I have not had any issues with weight capacity; I have feed bags, and had put a shop vac on the shelves and have not had any issues. Exactly as expected and holds a lot of clutter. Intuitive(for me) and easy to assemble in less than 10 minutes. It was very well packed in its little box. The unit is quite strong, and fits the intended spot perfectly. Being small, it's fairly light and easy to move around. No rough spots on the metal that I felt, and it has a nice shine. The feet can be adjusted for leveling which I appreciate because my floors are *not* level. Came with an extra set of clips for the shelves, that I will save.     • Heavy duty! Each shelf holds tons
I purchased this shelving to replace an Amazon Basics model that was far less sturdy so that the shelving actually bent when I put just a fraction of what I have on the MZG ones. The MZG one was easier to assemble and even had instructions, something the Amazon Basics model lacked. I also had trouble with the plastic shelf supports sliding on the Amazon Basics, while that was not an issue with the MZG ones (the supports and poles are less flimsy). I needed shelves that could hold hold at least 300lb each and these deliver! There was no sagging or bending at all and it looks like the shelves could hold far more weight. They also look nicer in my room that the typical white or chrome shelving of this type. I have a small business and my supplies are not light, so I'm so glad that I found this shelving! It cost more than the Amazon Basics ones, but these were worth the extra money. I definitely can recommend them. Tip: There are lots of wire shelves out there, but they are not made equally. Many of the cheaper ones are made with thinner gauge metal and wire that will bend and warp if you try to put anything heavy on them (or worse, the plastic shelf supports slide and the shelf falls!). Read the product specifications to be sure how much each shelf can hold. I've found that quality has fallen over the years for even the same brands I've purchased previously, so make sure that you read RECENT reviews to be certain that has not happened. Naturally, you want to put the heaviest items on the lower shelves and try to distribute weight evenly for any shelving you buy. That said, we have at least 15 wire shelf racks in our large basement, garage, and in our home of various brands, but the MZG shelves are the sturdiest ones I've ever purchased. ... show more

    • Decent shelves; returned because of non-standard post size

I'm writing this review in spite of returning the product, so take this with a grain of salt. I only partially set up this product. The good: This seems to be a reasonably well-built set of shelves for light-duty to medium-duty home use. The bad: The shelf posts are not one inch as many reviews have claimed, but are, in fact, non-standard 7/8" posts that fit into one-inch holes. (Real one-inch-post shelves have posts that are one inch in diameter, and the holes on the shelves are about 1.25 inches). None of this is necessarily a problem for most customers. Unfortunately, I intended to combine these with some other shelves that use actual 1-inch posts, and use these shelves at the top and smaller shelves at the bottom on both sets. Doing that meant buying an additional set of long posts. If these had actually used one-inch posts, that would have been easy. Unfortunately, 7/8" posts basically don't exist anymore. As far as I can tell, it is fundamentally impossible to buy additional/replacement posts for these shelves. Anywhere. I checked every major retailer. I spent hours using Google's product search. I even tried sourcing them directly from manufacturers and import/export companies in China. Compatible posts appear to be unavailable for any amount of money. The only sources I found were either permanently out of stock/discontinued or came from a small LLC whose website is now "under construction". (Translation: They probably went under.) To make a long story short, if you buy these shelves and the posts fail (stripped threads, bent, etc.), unless the manufacturer agrees to replace them, you're going to be throwing the shelves away, because there is no way to actually buy replacement parts for shelves that use this nonstandard post size. Either way, for what I was doing, the inability to get extra posts made these unusable, so I ended up returning them and replacing them with another product that actually has standard one-inch posts.
