    • Works great. Material is soft so won't last forever.

These absolutely work. They prevent scuffing on the winch trailer and also slide easily on surfaces like asphault. They are a must for using a tilt deck trailer with a winch. The only downside is because these are made of a recycled plastic (to keep costs reasonable) they are if anything too soft. They can catch on plates on the trailer deck and lock in place. So they need to be tuned up with a grinder if the get deformed. They are only a good idea for an empty container. I think a full container weigh would deform them so bad they would not be as slippery. Overall an absolute life saver. If I were to do it again I would get the ones that lock to the lug. As far as shape, they should have larger forward and aft bevels. Just would improve their usefulness. ... show more

Arrived quickly and they look to be made well, BUT - they are not a snug fit on used containers. This becomes a problem if you are pulling or moving the container in a manner that causes that particular end of the container to lift from the ground, even very slightly. These would work best on flat, smooth pavement or concrete and being pulled smoothly forward. I attempted to use a backhoe to pull a container over rough ground that required the container to be be slightly lifted over ruts and every time the container came up, these devices fell completely off. ... show more

this product is terrible i used it only 1 time and the top of the skate that connects to the container broke off very cheaply made for the price they are asking contacted the seller for replacement and seems i was past the 90 days which i get but these things are still brand new and they wont even send me another set I'm very disappointed in amazon and this product definitely not worth the money they are asking and this was only used on a 20ft container ... show more

Not worth it! Used twice before they broke. They are loose and wont hold if they come off the ground when dragging. 2nd time one broke when it was in a hard pull gettn on trailer. Container was on ground for 12 years so it was full of mud but still. Will look for another product this time.
