The Athletico premium lifestyle skate bag is large enough to carry a pair of ice skates, roller skates, or inline skates. This bag will accommodate most skates up to a men's US size 13. The large center pocket can hold a change of clothes, pads, or other small accessories. The small outside pocket is meant to hold your cellphone and keys. The bag is rounded out with a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap with metal hooks. The back of the bag features a mesh pocket meant to hold a standard sized water bottle. I needed a skate bag because I was tired of carrying my skates in a backpack. I recieved this and never even brought it our because the shape is so awkward to carry and because I live in nyc I need to walk almost 1 mile to my rink and the bag was not easy to carry at all when I put my things in it for a test run. I stuck it in my closet and have been using a backpack to this day. It was a complete waste of a purchase. I've even tried using it as a regular bag but its just clunky. I'm sure if I didnt have to walk to the rink and drive there instead, I wouldnt have such a big issue but the uneven weight distribution oh this bag and awkward shape kills me. ... show more

ITS SO FREAKING HUGE ! The way so many crabbed over size i thought be ok for 8 yr old skates.. theres enough room for 2 pair 8 yr old skates.. wow.. she could put pad guards helmet etc.. I really dont see how any adult skate would NOT fit in this big ol bag. And have room for some incidentals too. I guess she'll grow into it. She loves the pink. I miss the small skate cases..not metal monsters..the softer rounded corner suitcases.. she actually wanted one of those.. they no longer make such an animal..a real shame. Thanks ... show more

Love these bags. Ordered four (one in each color) and they are very roomy. Able to fit a pair of men’s size 11 skates in one of them with plenty of room. There are air-flow grommets in the skate compartments. The middle compartment is large enough for outdoor knee pads, etc, and I have also used it to hold an extra set of wheels. The outer zip pocket holds a Y-tool, bearing puller, and extra set of bearings easily. This is my 2nd Athletics that I’ve bought. First one was for my son when he started hockey. Now my daughter is in to hockey as well. These bags are great. Sturdy and will grow with you. Kids are still in youth sizes and have room for them to grow into their adult skates. Bonus is that these will fit into your hockey bags too like your GRIT roller bags. Love the separate pockets. Let’s us keep wax, towels, tape...whatever completely separate and protected from the skates. These bags are big enough to allow you to put skate guards on and still store them in the bag. Great way to keep everything protected. I will end up buying one more for my skates. ... show more

I bought two of these bags when my husband and I started roller skating. We don't tend to carry them far distances but they keep gear organized to get it in the car or take it to the rink. I keep a quad skate on each side and some safety gear in the center zipper section (not my helmet though, that I carry separately). Plus in the front pocket I keep a skate tool and some extra laces in case any maintenance is needed while we're out. ... show more

I have not yet used this bag (just received a couple of days ago), but it seems to be a quality product. The canvas is thick enough to be durable and I tested all of the zippers a few times--they moved smoothly and had no issues. It is actually larger than I expected; any size skates should fit within the individual pockets and there is a good bit of room in the interior pocket for whatever you wish to tuck there. I have only used this skate bag a few times, so I can’t say how well it will hold up into the future, but so far so good. It fits my roller skates and all my protective gear, water bottle, phone and snacks. I love the color and it seems sturdy and does the job well. I would recommend.
