This is a high quality inline skate carrier, which is many times better than the stock bag shipped with my blades. The nylon fabric is thick and the zipper is strong, making this a very durable bag. The strap is also well-made and includes a comfortable shoulder pad. What's more, this bag is quite spacious. I have room to fit an adult-male-size set of blades along with mountain biking shoes in the main compartment as well as wrist guards plus knee and elbow pads in the rear compartment. Regarding compartment space, one important thing to note: Although spacious, this bag does not provide enough room to fit an adult-size helmet. However, you could easily clip the helmet's chin strap through the end of the bag strap and carry it along that way. This isn't a negative to me, but I wanted to point it out for anyone that wants a bag large enough to fit both blades and a helmet. The one area the needs improvement is the packing of the plastic insert that goes on the interior bottom of the bag. The package I received had the insert bent in a "U" shape to fit. I put weights on it for a couple days to reshape the insert but it is still slightly warped. It's not a dealbreaker, but packing the insert flat would have bumped this product up from 4 stars to 5 stars. Please see my photos for more detail. I play ice hockey but to get my skating practice in when I can't go to the rink, I go to the inline skating rink. I own a pair of Mission WM02s but I have kept them in their original box and keep that in my car. It's a bit bulky and gets in the way, so I knew I needed a skate bag. After all, I use a skate bag for my ice skates. This bag is a bit different than my skate bag. It comes with just 2 pockets. The main pockets is where your skates go together. I'm not sure if I like having the same pocket for both skates because I'm afraid they can get scuffed up rubbing against each other. There is a plastic board that sits on the bottom of the bag to provide support but it's a bit flimsy and doesn't exactly fit the dimensions of the bag. I do like how the bag has feet on the bottom to somewhat protect the bag sitting on the ground. The other pocket is big enough to store your personal things, like keys, wallet, hockey pucks, etc. I use this pocket to store my inline hockey pucks, pair of hockey gloves, and socks. There's no space for a water bottle and if I choose to put my water bottle in this pocket, I have no room anything else. I wish there was an external mesh compartment to hold it. The CELLGEAR Skate Bag is a medium duffle-like bag designed for carrying skates. It has a triangular shape that conforms to the shape of skates, and is large enough to hold most (if not all) skate sizes, from roller skates to ice skates. There is a piece of removable thin hard plastic that acts to give the bag a bit of interior bottom support and abrasion resistance. There is also a large flat pocket on the back side of the bag to store the many miscellaneous accessories and what nots. The side has a small name tag window for easy identification and a place to write important info. The outside bottom has 4 small hard plastic pegs to help the bag stand and protect the bottom from entirely touching the ground. The shoulder strap is basic and okay, but given the shape of the bag it is easier to use more preferably in certain positions. I usually bring a shopping bag with to toss my shoes/skates in if I plan on going in anywhere - then realized when buying a new pair of FRX that of course a purpose-made bag for skates already existed! I assumed the prices were higher given the niche, but for under $20, this bag is more than enough to carry my skates, pads, and tools wherever I want. Construction is alright, though I could see wear and tear of the thinner nylon if not kept indoors and out of the sun during off seasons. It came folded up in the packaging, which isn't a huge deal aside from the bottom insert, which as another reviewer pointed out is a pain to flatten and keep in place. The size is great, accommodating my size 44 skates and extras with no problem, and the adjustable strap is comfortable enough with the built-in shoulder pad. For the price, this is worth it for the extra portability and protection of my $200 skates! ... show more

I wear size 8-9 roller skates, and this has PLENTY of extra room in front of them for more gear.. I easily fit my helmet and wrist/elbow/knee pads in this bag. It’s well sewn with high quality nylon and nice, thick straps. I love that it has both a carrying handle AND strap, which is a huge improvement for me over skate leashes. The side pocket is deeper than it looks, and in this picture is holding all of the aforementioned pads with no problematic bulging that would damage zippers over time. It would easily fit the sizes advertised (inlines and roller skates) both, up to a size 13. Im sure a pair of roller skates size 14-15 would fit, but I don’t think inlines would given the height. It has a nice pouch for an identification card which I appreciate. It’s an attractive bag but not flashy, so it doesn’t stand out as PLEASE STEAL ME on a park bench.. Really though, the durability is what stands out for me and the bottom doesn’t seem like it’ll give out from carrying my skates for many years to come. One thing - there’s a plastic insert for the interior that goes on the bottom under the skates which arrived for me a little bent and rolled up. It was a pain in the ___ to get the skates in because the insert kept rolling up and being a nuisance. You could flatten it out with books or weights first, or even just the weight of your skates before putting it in the bag for first use.
