All in all I’m pleased with these mugs, they sublimated well and look great. The only problem I had was two of the mugs were broken. I would definitely buy these again, and in hopes the seller will replace the two broken ones I have.

After about 6 months of daily use they are cracking the wall of the cup, when at room tempture pouring in hot coffee they will sometime crack, had 3 crack in one day

These mugs sublimate very well,and are good quality,except for the small dings,or imperfections I found on quite a few of the mugs. Also half of the boxes were ripped or torn and had to be taped together, I assume because they were not well packaged before shipping(no bubble wrap or foam)however none were broken ... show more
