They do appear to be true to your regular size. I normally wear a 10 and bought these in 10, and the fit is fine. However, these are so so uncomfortable. There is no arch support and the top straps are so itchy, scratchy and hard, I can only wear them for a very short time. I did buy them for fashion purposes but my gosh I did not expect them to be this uncomfortable. The straps are adjustable, however the holes are not even. So one size is too loose, and I guess I have to figure out how to poke another hole in the other one. Also the bottom of the sole is super slippery. Be careful on smooth surfaces it's like walking on ice. I found much better sandals from cushionaire. I do not recommend these, but do check out cushionaire.

I initially bought these as an affordable shoe to slip on to take the dog out and I've bought 2 pairs now because I wear them all summer! The strap does tend to stretch out after a awhile so I've had to tighten it, but that's no big deal.
