Bought these due to the lower heel. Wanted a cute stylish boot. They are true to size. I have a wide foot and they are perfect, not squishing my foot. There is not much cushion in the sole, but they don't hurt my feet. Spent a day out and about and I think this is going to make a decent boot I can wear all day without for pain or tired feet. They look really cute too! I purchased the black with brown sole. The box they arrived in however was pretty torn up. However no damage to the shoe. Thinking about buying other colors.

I was looking for a cute, cheap Chelsea boot to wear in Ireland. While these would have fit the bill, I was sent a mismatched pair. One was labeled a 9 inside and the other was labeled 9 1/2. BUT on the bottoms, they both said 9 1/2, it’s super weird. I measured them both and one was clearly not only bigger, but also significantly wider. Sadly, I could not reorder and have a new pair in time for my trip.

I bought this bootie because if the amazing reviews. I’ve been looking for a comfortable boot to wear to work and I was praying they’d be perfect. I’ve done a lot of research and this boot ticked off all the specifications I have, except one. The boot is cute, it’s lightweight, and would go well with everything, but there is no arch support. I have high arches and I want a boot that I can wear all the time without pain. Finding a good boot has been a challenge. If you want something cute and comfortable for a short time, this is it. For all day wear, I don’t think it’ll work unless you have flat feet.
