These are the perfect addition to my modern shelf decor, if that is what you're looking for. They're the cheapest ones I found on Amazon, and therefore my expectations were realistic. The stems have a pretty fake look and the inside of the pot has synthetic turf material. However, they're on a higher shelf and none of what makes them cheap is noticeable in the full scheme of the overall look. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend them for something similar to what I have pictured. If they're low sitting or a strong focal point of your decor, splurge on the more expensive version. Also, may reviews noted holes/gaps in the roundness of the shrub. If you find that's happened just hold a blow dryer over that area to make the plastic leaves more pliable then move the plant pieces around to fill the space. ... show more

If I had known what I know now I would not have paid more than 6 dollars for the pair I purchased. One has a large gap on one side (I now call that side "The back"). The tips are not as yellow which works for my space (I was looking for a muted yellow with green dominant color). I purchased these as a "filler" item to set on a shelf that has not yet arrived. My impression/opinion. They work if they are not a focal point. They are plastic and cheap looking up close but if you stand back a few feet....they pass for a fake plant. I recommend having your Clorox/Lysol wipes on hand because mine arrived in a filthy state. A wipe or two per item was all it took but this isn't a garage sale now is it. ... show more

I was a little nervous ordering these plants, based on the reviews. I decided to give them a chance because the price was so good. As some reviewers noted, mine arrived with some thinly dispersed areas of greenery, making them look like bald spots. They are cheap looking up close, and I'm not a fan of the plastic faux greenery.
