The media could not be loaded. I love these! They give that little bit of spunk my front walkway needed and they’re maintenance free. These 4' Spiral Boxwood Artificial Topiary Trees are beautiful. They are sturdy and made of strong but soft material. The base of the topiaries are kinda small which makes them a little unsteady in the wind so I zip-tied them to my porch railing and now they can withstand the velocity of any wind. I'll buy more. You may hear that they are not heavy or weighed down enough but that is not true at all . They are heavy , you will need to pack down the dirt or use medium sized to large rocks to keep them balanced but that's normal. These are 4 feet tall so yeah you will need a solid foundation , its called physics. They look great and are well made so yeah if you are like me and hate messing with real plants then go artificial. ... show more

I lost several of my landscape plants during our heat wave and drought here in South Louisiana. I spent all summer watering and babying them to still lose several plants. I decided to giv artificial plants a chance and am so happy I did.

I found that the little base container they came in to not be very heavy. Even after putting the pot in dirt and putting gravel around it, it could easily move around in the wind . Luckily, most of the base container that is the base of what you get, is mostly empty.. . I found myself trying to fill up that gap with gravel, but there is no easy way to get some through the weave of the plant leaves. So, stuffing stones through the leaves did it but it was very time consuming, mad the leaves dirty looking and some of the leaves tore (you have to be careful). I think they will not move around as much now. My suggestion would be to make it heavier, or make an opening somewhere so you can add weigh to the cavity. Overall would buy again.
