I love Dolly so much and for good reason. She is a kind and caring person and despite the distance that fame and fortune often put between stars and fans, this woman's genuineness and warmth make you feel as if she's someone you'd want to sit down with and just shoot the breeze. She is a smart businesswoman and a generous CEO. I was moved to learn she pays full college scholarships to any Dollywood employee that wants to take advantage of the offer, from kids selling popcorn to top management. That says it all.
