    • Waste of Money - Even at Half Off!

I get a lot of subscription boxes (FabFitFun, Causebox, Sipsby, Birchbox, etc.) and I was not expecting nearly the quality of any of those boxes, but I wanted to try this anyway because Prime had a deal for 50% off the first box, making this $20. Even with my low low low expectations, this was a ridiculous waste of money. There were NO snacks whatsoever, which I thought was odd considering every picture shows so many and their website lists snacks as the number one thing in the box. What I got was a mix of self branded items (a lunch box, frisbee, bottle opener, coozie) and then a few useful items (sunscreen, bugspray, a water bottle) and a random bunch of ping pong balls. Fine, they've gone with a summer/outdoors theme, great. But this stuff is not even worth $20, let alone the "$55" value each box is supposed to have. I'm upset and disappointed as it is but I would be pissed if I paid $40 for this. Save your money and make your own care package, or subscribe to a box that actually gets it right. ... show more

I was going to have this sent to my granddaughter who is off to college. I didn't realize that I had subscribed even though I had canceled the order. The box was sent to me. I have to say that I am not impressed. Neither was my daughter who I sent photographs to and asked her opinion. I just did not feel it was worth the money. ... show more

I got this subscription for my nephew who will be going to college soon (I had the first box delivered to my sister's house). He loved it!! Lots of goodies for his dorm. This was one of the dumbest crates/subscriptions ever. I could have went to the dollar store and saved $25. I’m not sure what was worth the price we paid for it. Perhaps I was gifted with a $25 bamboo toothbrush because the only other stuff in our crate was a loofah, tide wipes and a bunch of chips and snacks in individual sizes. ... show more
