Used this breastfeeding pillow on an international trip with my 3 month old. It was super easy to blow up and use on the airplane. It provided a great surface for my lap infant to sleep on so I didn't have to hold him or baby wear him the whole time (he is a little heater, so we both get too warm if I use a baby carrier for too long). I was able to use the infant lap belt with this pillow and it made me feel like he was safe and comfortable. This was a great solution and made it so easy to feed him during the flights! I liked this breast feeding pillow because I could wipe it off and keep it available in the car. Another feature I liked is that it attaches to you (with a webbing belt) which is handy to keep it from sliding out. Unfortunately, after not much use, the seam has split and I have no idea how I’d repair it. For the cost I would have hoped it would have made it through one kid, but it hasn’t. I enjoy using my regular brestfriend around the house so I opted to buy the travel one for the plane. The pillow is not as comfortable as the foam, but the portability is great. I didn’t want to blow up the pillow with my mouth, so I used a manual balloon hand pump. It was a little difficult to pump because I had to hold the pump and cover the inflation area to pump. I expected to be disappointed with this product, but I am extremely satisfied with it. I bought this pillow for a cross-country flight and trip to California and it held up perfectly for the entire duration of the trip. I had no issues with deflation or leaking, and it felt very similar to the original foam version of the product. The air valve makes it SO EASY to inflate, and it takes all but 5 seconds to compress the air out of it for the diaper bag. I used it 30+ times over the course of the week and it is still in perfect condition. The only issue I have with it is the placement of the air valve, which is on the underside right where your leg goes if using it for cross-cradle nursing position. I loved the idea of this inflatable breast pillow as it is very portable. It was amazing for travel however it did hold air very long at all. I constantly had to air it up cause it has a slow leak. I could never find the leak. Returned one and got a replacement and it did the same thing.
