Very knowledgeable. He answered every question. I'm most impressed that most of the company's associates own Pitbulls. My girl is three years old and i discovered that i had been feeding this product to her since she was a puppy (there is a puppy formula) . She is now weighs 105 lbs. Amazing product, both of my dogs LOVE it! Only one needs the supplement but my other pouts if she doesn't at least get to lick the bowl! This has been working for us and it is the most rewarding seeing the benefits. Another thing is that, despite the fact that Nash has always been a happy and enthusiastic eater... This stuff puts him in a happy place, LOL. He licks his bowl clean and has turbo tail wag the whole time. If this is a product you are considering, I would HIGHLY recommend trying it. *ONE SIGNIFICANT COMPLIMENT TO THIS COMPANY* : In this day and age of unfortunately rampant mediocre to bad customer service, THIS company cares!!! A gentleman named Stan contacted me on how best to use these for maximum benefit and urged me to contact him with any questions or concerns. I wrote him back with info about our need for these, as one of our beloved Doberman, Nash, has special needs and limitations due to Wobbler's syndrome. I asked if I could keep a journal and periodically check in with his progress. Stan said absolutely!!! About a week later Stan reacher out to me to see how my Nash is doing. Now *THAT* is a service provided by people who have a passion for the very end of the line recipient, being the customer's companion. While the products do not create results on their own, just as us drinking protein shakes won't make us build muscle, using them with exercise properly has given me results with my bully breed mix. Off the products I had a hard time getting her to a conditioned muscle tone very well. Depending on the work I do with her that day she gets different combinations of the products. They help me get her to a more conditioned state and also allows her to perform better during our exercises. Our long distance running used to be cut short due to me feeling like I was dragging her along but with the right combo of some of the recovery and proper pH supplements she's able to go farther without straining herself. All in all, correct use with exercise and a good diet yields good results. However the products by themselves should not be expected to magically put muscle or mass on a dog nor make them fit without any work on your part. Supplements are meant to enhance performance during exercise and speed recovery afterwards, just like pre-work out and protein shakes do for humans. Proper use is key ... show more

My dog can be pretty picky about eating in general, especially if I try to add any supplements. While this is powdered, my picky eater will heartily consume it and will even lick her bowl clean, which is really nice to see! For the time we have been using it, I have already started to see a difference in the amount of muscle in her shoulders and better definition of the muscles in her leg. This is with just adding the supplement, not any additional exercise as the weather here has been so terrible we haven't been able to do much other than a few training classes. I've had my almost 2 yr old 78lb Czech GSD on the muscle builder for about 4 months or so now. I did try the mass pack as well. Both products work very well. The mass pack put more weight on him but I didn't see the extra energy like the muscle pack gives him. It is definitely my favorite supplement of all the ones that I've tried so far. His energy is amazing and his body is tight and fit. I give him a pretty low dose for his size and I still see results. If I were rich I would love to up it and see what happens... but I'm that person to make a bag stretch haha. Definitely recommend the Muscle Builder! ... show more
