I thought this pillow would be great for my fibromyalgia, neck pain, headaches and migraines. It was great when it was warmer in the house, it worked wonders and was comfy. Since it’s been colder the pillow gets very firm and not as contorting to the neck and head. It’s like laying on a rock. I get that when it gets cold some materials get firmer obviously but this is like sleeping on a rock. ... show more

The pillow is very hard. Even after a few weeks of using it it feels like a brick when I lay my head on it. As I lay there it softens enough to feel more comfortable but if you run over the pillow to get it cooler, you got the brick again. Lately I have been pounding the pillow to create an indent to lay my head into before laying down. Would I recommend or buy this again-No. ... show more
