  • Worth the money
Style: New Packaging
If you are overthinking about this product DON'T this was the resolution to baby acne for my nb baby. He started to develop baby acne at 3 weeks old and I thought it was a milk allergy but really it wasn't. I noticed his skin was irritated, red & very dry... I know the doctors usually tell you baby acne will eventually go away but, who wants to see babies with acne all over their face on top of that it must be really itchy and uncomfortable for them. So, I purchased this and used it on his face 2-3 times a day along with the Mustela Hydra Bebe body lotion and it was so much better within 2 days of using Mustela products. Mustela products smell so good too. Hope this helps ... show more

  • Works Great But Too Expensive
Style: New Packaging
This has worked the best for my baby who has dry eczema prone skin. We’ve also tried eucerin but find we can’t use it daily. The only downside to this product is the price and I feel as though the bottle isn’t filled completely. Still worth a try if you’ve tried cheaper options with no success

  • NO steroids, dramatic difference! [long read]
I patiently waited 2 months to write this review. I really wanted to give it some time to start working. The results struck me! We HAVE NOT used steroid cream for two months, only Mustela. My baby’s skin has become so much better! It reduced itching and inflammation. She even began to sleep better. This is incredible! I think we found our long-term solution for managing eczema. 🙏 IMPORTANT: If this cream did not work for someone, it does not mean that it will not work for you! Only through trial and error you can find out. Before Mustela, I bought dozens of other lotions and tried lots of other remedies and oils. It was frustrating! I spent tons of money before I found what works best for my daughter’s skin. Of course, this is not a cure or panacea. It is just a moisturizer to maintain healthy skin. Eczema does not go away in a day or two (I wish!). This is a long lasting condition that tends to flare periodically. We can only prevent new outbreaks. I tried to avoid triggers that worsen the condition and patiently continued to apply Mustela twice a day until I saw the result. And it wasn’t for nothing! ABOUT THE BALM itself: The texture is very light and watery. Easy to apply and rub into the skin. It absorbs quickly but still leaves a slight layer (it should be so, that is just our protective barrier that we’re missing). Does not stain clothes, has no fragrance. Visibly protects, moisturises and smoothes. I apply it only to the inflamed areas on legs, arms and the back. I decided to give it a try because I wanted to find our best solution and I have no regrets! I hope it’ll work for you. Just make it a routine so it becomes a habit, a good habit! I hope this helps! ... show more

  • This lotion is GROSS!...and wonderful.
Style: New Packaging
THIS STUFF. It's sticky and gross. Within minutes of application, my 20 month old son was covered in flecks of dust and cat fur. It dries into boogery-looking gloopy globs that sort of roll off his skin when you touch it. It smells like off-brand Play-Doh. It is obscenely overpriced. My son screamed like I was torturing him when I put it on him (but that's not really unusual. He loses his mind when you touch his face but his eczema gets bad fast without lotion 3+ times/day.) Anyway. Within five minutes, my little guy's incurable full-body eczema bumps that have plagued him since days after birth were...not GONE, exactly, but *dramatically* reduced. His skin turned soft and babyish again. His constantly-red little cheeks weren't red. Like...at all. I have tried what feels like everything on his skin. The extra-rich Eurcerin stuff that comes in tubs because it's too thick for squeezy-tubes. Eucerin Eczema. Eucerin Eczema Baby. Eucerin Eczema Baby Flare-Up Treatment. (Which works okay, honestly, but it's also expensive considering it takes almost the whole little tube of it to lotion him once.) Aveeno baby eczema nighttime oatmeal goop. Cetaphil. Oatmeal baths. Cocoa butter. Probably a handful of other things I've forgotten. Nothing has been this effective. This nonsense is gross, smelly, sticky, costly, and my new favorite. ... show more

  • Eczema magic in a bottle.
Style: New Packaging
My 7mo old has been fighting eczema on his cheeks since 4mo. I wish I had found this cream then. If you’ve bought everything else under the sun for excess and you’re not seeing results; BUY THIS ASAP. If you’re looking fit your first time use eczema product; BUY THIS! I moisturize his whole body 2x a day and his face constantly throughout the fat and we could see a difference within hours of using this fir the first time. You will NOT be disappointed. Buying my third bottle now because I’ve also starting using on my dry chapped hands! Can’t say enough great things about this product. ... show more
