I have tried earplugs, fancy sleep earbuds, cheap earbuds, white noise, brown noise, and the impact sounds from upstairs always broke through. This mask is made from silk, so it's good for your skin, and has a soft closure. The Bluetooth speakers sound good enough for sleep, and it worked great! I used this with a free brown-noise app on the App Store and slept well for the first time in months. Bonus- it blocks light very effectively. I bought one of the MUSICOZY Bluetooth headbands over a year ago and loved it so much that when Prime Day rolled around, I decided to treat myself to the fancy version..the mulberry silk sleep mask. It felt like a serious upgrade! I got exactly one glorious night with it, and honestly, it was fantastic. The speakers sounded great, it blocked out the light really well, and it was incredibly comfortable..even as a side sleeper. I woke up thinking, "Yep, this was worth the splurge." Unfortunately, my dog apparently also appreciates the finer things in life. Sometime that morning, he decided the mulberry silk was a gourmet snack and completely destroyed it. 😭 So while I can't speak to its long-term durability against a determined canine, I can say it worked wonderfully for the one night I owned it. My only advice: keep it far, far away from your dogs... unless you're looking to buy them the world's most expensive chew toy. 🐶😂🤦🏼♀️

I usually don’t go out of my way to write reviews but this product literally changed my life! My husband snores and when we travel, it is extremely difficult for me to get any sleep at all. I purchased this product right before our honeymoon and it has SAVED me. I play a very low gentle white noise through the Bluetooth speakers and the mask completely sound proofs any outside noise, including my husband’s snoring. It’s also extremely comfortable and fits very securely. I charge it during the day so I’m unsure about battery life but I will say that it definitely lasts me all 8-9 hours of sleep. Truly a life changer and extremely grateful for this product!

I loved the cozy silk material and the way it truly calmed my hair during night. Sadly, though, I need to give it just three stars. The back closure was so bulky it was quite uncomfortable when laying on my back, which is where I find myself most of the night. I reluctantly had to return it.

Very comfortable to wear at night and love that there isn’t Velcro in the back, those type of Bluetooth headbands always pull my hair. This one is soft and cozy. My main complaints is that it’s kind of hard to move the headphones inside to sit right by my ear and also the sound really carries outside of the headphones so my husband can hear my podcasts or music, but if I don’t have it up, it’s hard to hear.

The mask is comfortable and blocks out light really well, however I was predominantly looking for something that would block out noise and this didn’t do it. If you have the volume on low, you can still hear pretty much everything. I was able to hear the dryer that’s next to the bedroom (even with the door closed), my partner snoring, and fireworks on the 4th of July. It comes with earplugs which do a fair job of cancelling out noise but I also sleep with white noise/asmr (hence the need for Bluetooth) and you can’t hear it with the earplugs in. You might be able to if you turn up the volume fairly loudly but then the sound can be heard through the band, so that would disturb your partner. I was looking for a more comfortable alternative than sleeping with AirPods since I’m a side sleeper, but this is, unfortunately, not it. It might be a good option if you live alone or don’t want something completely noise cancelling.

I love that the fabric is not a traditional velcro for the "clasp" - there's no stiff velcro strip and my hair doesn't get caught. I appreciate the 3D cushion so there's a little indent/pocket to protect pressure on the eyes - would love if it was more cushiony/pillowy with a deeper well for my eyes, but it sufficiently prevents the mask from putting pressure on my eyes while comfortably providing a seal around the eyes to block out light. The zipper on top makes it easy to access and put away the charging port. The controls work properly and bluetooth connects easily. I got this coz the silk is supposed to be better on my skin as opposed to the other bluetooth sleep mask headphones I own. This is better than my other ones in aspects from fabric, bluetooth controls, wires access, packaging, presentation, etc. except for the cushiony/pillowy part - if I hadn't owned others maybe I wouldn't even know the eye wells are more shallow. I love that the company threw in earplugs with the mask - this is exactly how I use it - with earplugs to try to block out as much of external noise as I play sleep sounds or white noise over the bluetooth.
