This was purchased in a size small and looked fabulous on my adult daughter. She is 125lbs and 5'3. Perfect fit! Super comfortable for a night of dancing. Material is thick and color blue was perfect on her. Navy blue is dark, perfect.

Dress runs true to size, the first one I got was in a large bag but was a medium so I tried it on- didn’t fit, the large I ordered fit perfectly. I have broad shoulders from lifting am 5’8”, 34ddd, 42” hip, and 33” waist- dress has some stretch but not a ton and the zipper in the back ensures it can be a more snug fit than just pulling over. The only part that was a bit awkward was the front panel is just that- there are two slits not just one so when you sit you end up with a back skirt falling back and away with the front panel there. It’s ok but made it a bit awkward to sit as the slits go all the way up to seam connected to the bodice portion of the dress. It’s comfortable, the color was a blue toned green, great quality, flowed well and wasn’t stiff, and I’m very happy I didn’t go buy a $200 dress when I could get this one for considerably less for the same function. I got this dress for my Mother of the Bride dress. Let me tell you, this was THE DRESS!! It needs a steam out of the bag because.. well it came in a bag! So obviously it was wrinkled. But there was no issues there. I was worried because the steam looked like it was going to discolor it but it dried beautifully. This also freaked me out because it was about 100 degrees the day of this outdoor wedding and I didn’t want to be stuck sitting in a puddle of booty sweat and unable to stand without embarrassment every time I sat for 2 seconds.. iykyk!! Also the underboob area could have been in danger of getting the half moons of doom from this type of weather. But LADIES!!!! No such thing happened!! This dress was a miracle! Thick and heavy and gorgeous she was! And I’m 5’2” and I wore a conservative sized heel and she didn’t drag! I even swapped to adidas slides and she was a queen all night! I usually wear a small (32x27x36) and based on the size chart I went with the medium. It’s too big though. Feels nice. Good weight. Two high slits. Feels like a cape almost. Would want to wear shorts underneath. Dark green is really pretty.

I loved this dress. I wanted to write a review as I am one who digs through reviews to find someone with my body type. I’m about 5’2 and just at 190. The XL was perfect. I was very hesitant about buying a dress online but I ended up buying three and this was my favorite. It has a nice heaviness to it that felt elegant but light enough to where I was not sweating. I will admit, the dress is long and I am short. I had to wear pretty high heels and it still was right at the floor. I was able to walk around without it dragging or tripping though. The slit up the sides are comfortable and I did not feel like I was going to show too much when sitting down.
