I don't know why but the purple circle labels are horrible! They print out as a faded gray. Not black. Other colors seem to work fine. Just not purple. Update: went from 1 star to 4 because they reached out and replaced the purple labels with a color of my choice for free. Customer service seems to be decent. May purchase again in the future, just nothing in purple.
