The cold is natural looking SMS the hair is excellent quality. The first order didn’t arrive when it sorted deliver, sent a message to the seller and received a replacement the next day! I have been braiding for 20 years and have had my share of low quality hair. The box is more than enough. These pictures are from the 2nd use! Yes I did my daughter's hair twice from this box. Your braids will be flexible. The hair doesn't " look" thick only leaving you needing g more hair. The hair is not so silky it's falling out of your fingers. It doesn't look like plastic. No tangle beyond what's normal! So look forward to a smooth flowing braiding experience! Suggestion: use some braiding gel like tacky fingers for a sleek look!

After I paid my braiders they both said “don’t buy this hair again!” Out of the box and installed, the #2 color looks really nice. I’ve also purchased and used the #30 which my braider approved as ok. The issue with the #2 packet is the texture. It is very slick and straight making it hard to grip. It also means that it unravels at the ends easily.
