I was really happy that the “wide width” size of these boots is actually that, and they actually stretch out a bit when you have them on for a while which is nice. However, the designers forgot to account for that when making the shaft of the boot. Not only is my wide foot hard to get into them, but my ankles are also a bit snug once I’ve gotten them on. I actually need a shoehorn on my right foot which is a bit bigger than the left. The company would do well to remember that not everyone has skinny ankles along with their wide feet and if you’re going to do wide width, account for *everything* being wide. ... show more

I like the style, but the size I normally wear in boots are size 10. The boots were labeled a ten but fit like a larger size even with socks.

Fit, styling, and comfort were so good I bought another pair. One caveat: for a lot of walking in one day I found out the heel support wasn’t quite there, which is why I deleted one star. I bought heel inserts to try for next time.

I liked the color, navy blue, but they seem to run small and the next size is too big for me. They don't seem like they would last as long as other brands. So, for an inexpensive ( on sale) boot that you won't wear daily, they're a good buy.

They are cute and easy to slip on. The only thing is the soles are hard I would suggest a gel or soft insert if you were these all day

The fit was absolutely perfect, comfortable and looks just like the picture. I also got the one in black, the black one was hard to get on and felt a tad smaller length wise, but by the 3rd time it was easy to put on.

Im so disappointed in these boots. Used to be a brand that one could count on the quality and know you'd be getting a good boot. I guess the word "essential " now means cheap? Not sure what these are made of,but it feels like a rubbery foam material. Dealing with customer service has been so difficult lately, I decided to keep them instead of dealing with the headache of returning them. Especially when I would be charged to have them picked up, or it would cost me even more to return something I don't want. So these will probably just sit in my closet collecting dust. Which by the look of the material, dust would stick well to them. The sole doesn't look very slip resistant either. In fact I wouldn't recommend walking on ice in these boots. Definitely not waterproof either. ... show more
