For an ambulatory wheelchair user, I have found this electric wheelchair to be My favorite mobility aid. Fully charged I have taken it to Disneyland for the day(however, I do recommend when you are not moving to power off to save battery life makes a big difference). I’ve been able to go up and down fairly steep hills, Through grass, Over speed bumps, and mild imperfections in the road, It’s lightweight enough for my husband to fold up and put in the car with ease. The Cushions are easy to clean. It’s quicker and drys faster with a handheld carpet shampooer, but you can put it in the washer and let it hang dry. Sturdy build. The heaviest I was using this chair, 210lbs. I have had a 360lb person use my chair briefly and it was sturdy then too, just a tad slower. The only thing that has failed or malfunctioned is the Padded rim around the foot rest. It doesn’t bother me tho. Turning is good, speeds are good, easy to keep clean, It is fairly quiet. I recommend getting an umbrella attachment and wheelchair poncho for the extreme weather days.

We bought this for a friend who home bound and this gave him freedom to do things close to his house. He seems thrilled to have some freedom again. He lost the charger and the man who sold this was nice enough to send him another one free of charge. Great customer service.

I bought this chair for my sister to use on vacation . We were several months before we took our first vacation. The chair did not function properly and we almost ran over a few people. It was a very stressful vacation. Contacted seller and was told it was not eligible for a refund. We were sent a replacement chair. The chair was used, missing a battery, not the correct bars on the back, and had two flat tires. Very disappointed in both chairs. Edit: I would like to thank the seller for contacting me to offer continued support and some compensation for the trouble I had. Changed the star rating to take customer service into consideration.

We hesitantly bought this as an inexpensive option to use for my mom when taking her on a vacation. It is compact enough to fit in the back of my car. Light enough for me to load and unload without my husbands help, and gets mom safely from point A to point B. Only downfall is that because of the light weight, it don’t do well on gravel or hills. It sometimes don’t go the direction mom wants it to go on purpose property. However, that’s only due to the light weight. If this was any heavier, I wouldn’t be able to load it by myself, so I’m not complaining. I just try to find her safe routes and keep that safety info in mind. Overall, I’m glad we went with this chair! Seriously I don’t have any true complaints
