I adore these boots!!! After borrowing a pair from a friend, I knew I had to get a pair of my own! They're so comfortable, they keep the rain and other muck off your feet and bottoms of your legs without fail, are easy to clean, have nice tread for basic walking and chores, and come in a ton of great color options! The soles are super cushioned, and almost bouncy when you walk in them, which helps my feet be so much less fatigued than other, less cushioned shoes and boots do after any amount of work. That's even including when Iwas helping someone move in the rain and mud on a farm! These are also are incredibly good at being water, mud, and general muck proof. Nothing gets through them, even though the top portion of the boots are a softer, less plastic/rubber feeling material than the bottom foot areas are. Trust me, I've put them through a great test being on a farm during the rainy/mud season. They're also padded just enough overall so that if you bump into something, kick something accidentally, or drop lighter things on legs or feet it doesn't hurt! These aren't super insulated to me. But I love the level of insulation that they do have. They're great for cooler days, and on up to pretty warm days. They're not going to keep your feet incredibly warm in 30 degree or less weather if you're outside a long time without heavy socks, but they're also not going to make your feet super hot and sweaty after working in like 70 degree weather either. I wanted them for exactly that. The ability tobe wearable ina pretty wide range of temperatures. The weather in my area varies greatly, with rain, snow, hot, cold, and everything in between (sometimes all in one day). These boots, however, are exactly what I wanted for that. I got the black color with the very light semi-plaid stripes. I find these are nice enough looking to wear walking into work on wet and mucky days when I have to hike across a university campus. They also do so without looking like a 5 year old in her cutesy rain booties. Clean up takes little to no effort, so these stay looking great! I adore that I can wear them working at home on the farm, and then also while walking into a professional environment before switching into other shoes without looking childish, like a muddy mess, or just kind of tacky like a good number of other rain boots I've seen. I did find that these run a little wide. I do have narrower feet though, and I also like that I have room left to wear thicker socks in the colder weather if I want. I think the length is pretty true to size. My friend's boots I borrowed are a size smaller than what I typically wear, and while I can wear them relatively comfortably, my toes do hit the ends. With my pair, I ordered my typical shoe size, and the length seems perfect. I highly recommend these if you want super functional, great performing, comfortable, and attractive boots for the rain and muck!

I ordered these boots a few months ago to fill my need for a decent pair of winter boots and have been waiting for a chance to wear them. When Jonas dumped 30+ inches of snow on us last week I got my chance. I love these boots! The style is _exactly_ what I had in mind when I set about searching for a pair and the color is just pretty as pictured (I got them in Harbor Blue). I am 6' and wear an 11 or 12 in average width depending on shoe style/type. Because these aren't available in a 12 I took my chances and ordered an 11. They fit fine though if I double-up on socks for extra warmth by adding a heavier winter pair over my regular socks then they are uncomfortably tight. Given a choice I would have preferred a 12 to accommodate extra-thick winter socks but as that wasn't an option I am happy with the 11's and can deal without extra/thicker socks as these boots do a good enough job keeping my feet warm. Not completely warm, my feet still get cold in them, but it's a tolerable cold, I can be out in the snow all day in them and be OK unlike other boots I have worn where my toes are painfully cold after just a short time outside. I think the key is that they keep my feet nice and dry; they are nice and snug around the pant legs so do a fantastic job at keeping snow out. With that water-proofness factor and because they are easy to slip on/off at the door (no laces or straps or buckles or zippers etc..) these are going to be great even in warmer weather, for all those outside chores that usually end with muddy, soaking wet shoes & socks.

I have to admit, I’ve never been much of a “rubber boot” person, but the Muck Boots Hale Multi-Season Women’s Rubber Boot completely changed my mind. From the very first time I slipped them on, I could tell these weren’t just your average pull-on boots. What I love most is the comfort—these boots don’t feel stiff or heavy like others I’ve tried. The flexible neoprene upper makes them easy to wear for long stretches of time, whether I’m walking the dog, working in the garden, or running errands on a rainy day. They’re surprisingly lightweight, which means I don’t feel like I’m clomping around, and the cushioned footbed keeps my feet happy even after hours of wear. The waterproofing is flawless. I’ve stepped in puddles, mud, and even slushy snow, and my feet have stayed completely dry every single time. The outsole has great traction too—I never feel like I’m about to slip, even when the ground is slick. Plus, the breathable lining helps regulate temperature, so I can wear them in warmer weather without feeling sweaty, but they still keep my feet warm enough in chilly conditions. Another bonus? The design is actually cute. I love that they come in different colors and patterns, so I don’t feel like I’m sacrificing style for practicality. Overall, the Muck Boots Hale Multi-Season are exactly what I was looking for: durable, comfortable, and versatile boots I can count on year-round. I bought these for work on my farm, I have previously worn muck chore boots and another brand. My calves are on the larger side, and the boots worn "normally" can be kind of a challenge to pull on, but if the top is folded down, they slide right on comfortably, then the top can be folded back up over my calves, and it fits snug over my calves (not uncomfortably tight) and kind of seals grass and seeds out of the boots, which is great when I'm weedwacking fencelines. The tread design on my muck chore boots made getting sticky gooey clay out of the tread nearly impossible without blasting it off with a hose, and as soon as clay got stuck in the tread, it was essentially useless anyhow. This ribbed tread design is much easier to wipe along some grass or a boot brush and get all of the big chunks off. The insole is marginally less cushy than the chore boots, but the other features more than make up for it. I love these, plus the plaid is cute.

I got these for a fishing trip that was unfortunately cancelled, but I now wear them practically every day. They keep me super warm (I always have cold feet) and I can't believe I waited so long to get something that would let me wade around in streams. The neoprene is thick and sturdy. I've had enough room to wear thick socks - I think I went up about a half size from my usual just based on the sizes that were available. They can get a little sweaty inside - not super breathable - so I probably won't use these as much in summer. My calves are on the muscular side, I can get about one layer of jeans/leggings/etc under the boot, but a second layer (e.g. rain pants) has had to go over the top). The tread is not typical boot tread - it's ridged and I've found it to be super grippy - both for me on slippery rocks and stuff like sticky poo on the boots (a tradeoff but I will take it). I also am really glad I went with an attractive neutral design - I was torn between the herringbone and a camo design that was on discount but similarly priced, and I've found these boots look super cute in lots of settings. Get the ones you'll wear every day, even if they're a little more, trust me.

I read a lot of reviews prior to purchasing these boots. My usual shoe size is 7.5 but based on reviews, I decided to order a size 8. They are a bit roomy, but not so much that my feet are shifting uncomfortably, nor do I ever get the feeling that I'm about to lose the boot. These boots are very tall, coming almost up to the bottom edge of my knees! Not a problem, though, because you can just roll down a portion of the boot to make it the height you need it to be. I bought these boots to keep my feet warm and dry while I do animal chores in the barn in the dead of winter. Here are a list of pros: -surprisingly lightweight boot -keeps feet cozy even when only wearing a single pair of thin socks at 28 degrees F (the coldest we've had so far this winter) -roomy enough for me to add a layer of socks and still be very comfortable -VERY comfortable footbed...puts a spring in your step! -keeps feet completely dry -can fold top edges down to create anywhere from a mid-length boot to an ankle boot if the weather is a bit warm or you just want to slip in and out quickly -material the boot is made of is single-layered and warm, no need to worry that the lining will separate or wear thin like it does in other brands of insulated rubber boots -material makes it easy to slip boots on and off hands free and with no hassle or struggle -the taller height helps keep lower legs warm as well as feet -love the range of colors and the price is right No cons so far! Am soooooo glad I bought these after spending almost as much on a pair of insulated rubber boots. Not only did my feet get cold regularly but the lining of those boots quickly wore thin in the heel, then separated from the boot, making it an incredibly annoying hassle to get out of the boots EVERY SINGLE TIME I wore them. These Muck Boots solve all those problems!!!

I have gone through a few pairs of winter boots to use at the horse barn. My Mountain Horse zip up Winter boot the zipper just broke into pieces, and those didn't even keep my toes warm... I think i have a circulation problem because my finger and toes get white and numb in the winter. In most boots my toes freeze and are numb or the boot leaks and my feet are frozen... I read the reviews and decided to try these. I AM SOOO HAPPY I DID! They are SUPER comfortable, and SUPER WARM! I have already done a few frigid nights(single digit temps) at the barn and my toes NEVER GOT COLD! They are super roomy, so you can wear thicker socks or thin socks and they don't flop around. I am typically a size 6.5-7.5 in shoes/boots, I got a size 7 and they fit perfect!! (usually in boots I need a Wide) I pulled them out of the box, put them on and went straight to the barn. The sole also does not track chunks of mud(or poop) in, which is great! Nice grippy ridges on the bottoms, almost a gel type insole. They fit nice around your calf also, probably wouldn't be the best for very very large calves, but you could roll down the neoprene... it does has stretch to it though. I Love these! :)
