These are nice waterproof wading boots for launching and loading my small fishing boat. Neoprene tops are flexible and comfortable, also fold down to normal boot height if desired. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish they were a few inches taller, suitable for slightly deeper water. Also, I originally tried size 9, the same as my shoe size. These felt good but were hard to get on and off, something that's important to me. Exchanged for size 10 which go on and off easily - they're slightly big for my feet, but still secure and safe for walking. A good compromise. ... show more

BUT... when I finally made the decision for these boots, I was immediately convinced the cost was worth it. Warm, dry feet on cold & wet days of farm chores was something worth paying for.
