I got the sage green and this was EXACTLY the color I expected. It looks dark in the photo but it’s very true to the color in the picture, the perfect green that is more grey than yellow, exactly what I wanted. Zipper should be fine if I’m delicate with it. Not sure why others said that the sides weren’t long enough, I ordered the Queen duvet and it fit exactly as expected. It is a normal cotton material, not the softest thing I’ve ever touched but not scratchy either. For the price, exactly what I was looking for. ☺️

After having my duvets for about a year , I just want to come back here and say they are absolutely amazing! I actually treated myself with some real linen “bed threads“ brand duvet and sheet set and honestly, the quality was not impressive to me at all. I spent $280 on that duvet and sheet set and the duvet that I got here on Amazon is 100 times better… In fact I took my expensive duvet off to put this white one back on… And I’m in absolute love with it. At first it was a little scratchy and then they replaced it with a softer duvet and after a couple of washes the white one got softer… I will be buying these again for sure! So I just wanted to reiterate how awesome these duvet covers are. I love that the zip and the ties are actually really easy to use. Way better than bed threads. So it’s not always about how much you’re spending equates to quality… It does not! Customer service is everything, My first duvet was scratchy and after leaving a mediocre review, the company contacted me and wanted to send me another. They didn’t really need to do that, but they did. That speaks volumes to me. These are people who literally care if you’re happy or not. My new duvet arrived today and it’s just lovely! Soft and the color (sage) is so pretty! Super happy customer here! I highly recommend! Amazing customer service and communication! 10/10 for me! Thanks again!! Also, people, this is a duvet COVER like a pillowcase for a pillow? This goes over your duvet comforter. You need the actual duvet which is the comforter that goes inside this duvet cover. It protects the duvet which is usually pretty pricy if you’re getting a down comforter (duvet)! The reason some of you are getting a “thin sheet” is that yes, it’s a thin sheet that zips and goes over the comforter. Called a duvet. You need both. Let’s recap... Duvet = thick comforter. Usually down. Duvet cover = thin sheet (like a pillowcase) that goes over the duvet to keep is clean. You need both.

Update: The seller contacted me about my concerns and sent a replacement of a nicer set that was much softer & a darker shade of green. That was much appreciated. Original purchase of pictured item. Literally not a single thing like the pictures. The color is no where near the same green. It’s the thickness & texture of a super cheap sheet. Not soft, super wrinkled, zero ability to even hold its shape & hold the pillows inside the pocket. The bright white zipper shows up so noticeably. This is a king & there’s definitely not any kind of fluffy give like that picture shows & it barely covers the bed. If you have a full size bed & get a king duvet & cover then maybe you could get that look. Also the seams are spread out & showing in multiple areas. Nothing at all about this is quality or worth it’s price. Walmart has better quality items, I know because I checked it out after dealing with this ugly mess.

So I was hesitant on buying this because of the reviews and pictures people put where the color didn’t look like the sale picture at all. I put up a picture in natural light and a picture in yellow lighting. It does look pretty close to the sale picture but not quite. It is more on the reddish purple side than the reddish orange it advertises but it is hard to notice at first. I still like it and with some red decor it will make everything blend to look more like the picture regardless! :)

I decided to buy a different duvet set in the end, but updating my review to reflect the positive customer service experience I had. —- ORIGINAL REVIEW —- I ordered this duvet cover set in ivory last year and really liked it. When I moved to a new apartment recently, I ordered the same set and color. Unfortunately I received a different product the second time around, which I was really disappointed by. The original fabric felt much sturdier and had a nice cream tone. The new duvet cover set I received was very thin/flimsy and has a yellow-ish tint. Will be returning.

I am truly at a loss as to how this product has so many positive reviews. I barely took the cover out of the bag because it was IMMEDIATELY clear that the quality of the fabric was horrible. It was like a cheap piece of fabric that you buy straight off the roll at the fabric shop and just sew in a zipper. Completely unhappy with the feel (starchy) and texture (scratchy) of the bedding. Returned immediately for a refund. Not sure how on Earth any one with any sense of know-how could possibly like or enjoy having this on their bed.... ***UPDATE*** The customer service for this company is excellent. They reached out to me to discuss my negative review and see how they could fix the situation... and did not stop until they knew I was happy. They sent me their white pompom sheet set (polyester) and it is high quality, soft, and beautiful. As they explained, this duvet cover is cotton and needs to be washed prior to use, eventually becoming softer over time. The fact they were persistent in ensuring I was happy demonstrates care towards the products they put out in the market.
