I bought a 3T size for my 9 month old thinking that "of course they run small so I'll get one that should be more than 3 sizes too big so it would cover his legs". But no, it just covers his little butt. They are cute but not worth the money and if you're buying for a 2 or 3 year old, I wouldn't even look here. I would go with a different brand all together.
