Update 8/11/21 Vendor responded as a result of this review. I wish Amazon would make it easier to contact the vendor, but that isn't the vendors fault. Anyway, they send me replacement boxes to cover the breakage. They packed it well and nothing in the new shipment was broken. I hope they update their shipping boxes to put an inch or two of cushion around all sides as that would likely avoid the problem, or at least reduce it. I am very happy with the vendors response in both speed and effectiveness. The flooring looks nice and was easy to install! Original review: I got 22 boxes of this last month for a remodel project. We are finally ready to install the flooring and finding about 25% of the pieces have some damage on an edge or corner that will be very noticeable if installed. We'll do our best to use broken pieces where it doesn't matter, but we only planned for 10% breakage so will likely run short. It's not clear how to contact the seller to get a few replacement boxes (4 or 5). Update: vendor contacted me after seeing this review. All 8 boxes came in perfect condition they were inside another card board box with extra corner protecters we didn't have any pieces that were damaged! My bedroom looks amazing. This product was super easy to install and only took my husband half a day! I have already recommended this flooring to several friends and family. Was excited to receive the flooring - until we opened it. Every box had broken pieces, cut pieces and what looked like leftover scraps of flooring. Returning it asap. Terrible quality.

While the product was very easy to install and looks good once it's in, majority of the order was damaged. The corners were broken and a lot of the locks were snapped off, rendering them useless. The boxes arrived in great condition and didn't have any signs of damage, but the tiles inside of those boxes were garbage. A lot of them were unable to be used due to this. While I’d love to give this 5 stars because I love everything about the first box I ordered, especially the slight variation in color (giving it a lifelike look) I’m really disappointed with the second box (used, very good). The first one was brand new and just stunning for this type of flooring- no complaints at all. But the second one I got at a discount because it was described as “used but very good”. When I clicked on that link it stated the flooring would look and function as new but the box might be damaged. Well, in my case much more than the box was damaged. Each end of every piece is nicked, broken or worn down. Of course it can be cut but that’s a lot of work I shouldn’t have to do. Thankfully I have a small bathroom and most of it will be covered with the first box, but still. If it’s damaged just let us know- at the price I got it for I’d probably still have ordered it but I would have been prepared for the extra work. Side note: once I install it I’ll edit this with pictures. ... show more

Look at the picture... this is how most of my flooring panels look. Whole boxes of this stuff have corners chipped off. This flooring is extremely cheap. For the price you're paying for it you might expect a higher quality item but it's not good. I bought about 2000 square feet of this stuff and it's all absolute garbage. I wish i spent a few extra bucks and bought premium because this is terrible. Also, when they delivered it they placed it all on my deck and caved it in, and I never received several boxes of it. DONT BUY THIS!!!!! It has been nothing but a Hassel. You've been warned. ... show more

    • The best LVT your money can buy!
Great lvt planks. My house looks amazing with this product. Extremely easy to install. The cost of labor is very low and the time to install these planks is minimum compared to a peel and stick products or tile. Would recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade their flooring.
