Best monitor I have had in a long time. With my declining eyesight, the 1000R curved feature is fantastic. I have tried many monitors over the years, but this one gives me the best picture. It is a 16:9 aspect ratio, but it seems taller than that...almost 16:10, which is pleasing to view. Other 16:9 monitors seem squished in comparison. Don't know why, it just seems that way.

On both ps5 and pc it’s is a pretty nice step up from normal 1080p 144hz gaming. Screen is quite noticeably bigger for only being 27in. Any bigger and it would feel like a tv! This is the perfect upgrade from a 24in 1080 monitor. It is very bright with hdr enabled so you may need to tweak a few settings if you’re sitting in the dark.

Overall I'm pretty impressed with this monitor, especially at this price point. The build quality and material are good, but most importantly the picture quality is better than expected. The 144hz response rate is nice and smooth (remember to use a DisplayPort cable), colors are good. The black uniformity isn't great, and off angle especially but being a curved monitor helps reduce the negative impact of that. Given the price point this is a solid choice as long as your aren't looking for OLED black performance.

The monitor is a nice size, its a little bigger than the G271CP 27" that I was intending to replace with this. The colors are good, the picture is better (FHD vs 1440P) But the only reason I am returning and not replacing the G271CP just yet is because of the frameless gaming. The frameless border on the G271CP is just too good and gets you in the game. I can definetely tell and don't get immersed as much with this monitor (G271CPQ E2) I returned this and will keep saving up for a new monitor instead.

I ended up returning this shortly after setting it up because it just wasn't for me. Not only did it come with a scratch on it (Amazon did offer a replacement but I decided to just return), but I didn't like the colors. The monitor definitely leaned more on the yellow side. I got it to a point where I probably would have been fine with it as long as I didn't touch it after that (literally any other setting including HDR and adaptive sync had such had ugly colors). The blacks weren't very rich which was something I would've been willing to deal with, but the deal breaker for me was that when I scrolled up and down, there was this yellow flash/haze around black letters whenever they were against a white background (such as on Amazon). I probably could have gotten used to the colors even though it wasn't my favorite, but that weird flash every time I scrolled was absolutely a deal breaker. Going to try my luck with AOC because my current monitor is that brand and I like the colors a lot better.

I really love this monitor, Have a really good VA panel, quality and too many things, the only thing that I do not like, is that in the image of the product, let you know that you can use this one vertically, however, with the reference MSI 271CQP E2, only allow you to turn it 5 grades instead of all the way vertically, for my is ok, because is my main monitor, but for other one that purchase this product for a second monitor thinking to use it vertically, is sad But I really love it!
