To sum it up, this Mrs. Potato Head is great, and is a must for anyone who wants to collect or play with all of the Toy Story characters. That being said, other reviewers are absolutely right about the parts falling off too easily, ESPECIALLY the flower on Mrs. Potato Head’s hat. Why this was made a removable piece rather than a fused part of her hat is beyond me. But, I recommend IMMEDIATELY gluing the flower onto the hat, particularly if you’re giving this to a small child. It drove my four-year-old nuts, and after at least 30 flower reattachments, he finally agreed to let me tape it (but not glue it, because that meant he couldn’t play with it for a while). I had to surgically slice and roll up a teeny tiny sliver of gorilla tape and shove it into the space on the back of the flower that attaches to the hat, but had to make it thick enough that it would fill that space and make contact with the hat. Lesson learned - sneak it out of the box, glue it, then replace and give it to your child after it’s dry and you’ve confirmed adhesion. The other pieces also do not plug into/snap onto the body as tightly as regular potato head pieces do to the standard bodies. However, this ultimately was okay with my son because having the actual Mrs. Potato Head from the movie far outweighed the annoyance of searching for and replacing pieces. But, as a parent, I feel the duty to give you a heads up about the flower, as well as her ears and her butt door. I cannot tell you how many bedtimes were delayed so my husband and I could track down one of Mrs. Potato Head’s ears and her butt! Her ears have earrings painted on them, so regular potato head ears would not do, nor would any of the other six potato head butts we had in our house, since none fit exactly right. So, prepare for the headache, but know that the joy this toy will bring your child is well worth it. Why did i receive a Mr. Potato head when it's suppose to be a Mrs?? I ordered this for my daughter and a Mr. For my son that's not going to be here for a few more weeks, so I'm going to return that one since now i have a Mr. And am going to try to order the Mrs. again and HOPEFULLY get a Mrs... My granddaughter is special needs. Not only was she excited to see a funny potato head person, but at the age of 4 (and only hearing for 2 years with her cochlear implants) every part of the potato head was a great way to reinforce body parts by having her first say the part, and then she could put it where it belonged. It's a lot of fun. She is eager to work on this instead of her traditional body part therapy. We feel bad that everything she does seems like school work, so when we find something she loves to play with, that's exciting! ... show more

Not MY Mrs. Potato Head. This was my favorite toy as a child... so I decided to order one for my granddaughter for Christmas. When I received it was packaged well, no problems in the packaging. Once opened... I Was very disappointed. The back hatch does not stay in place, it keeps falling off or it constantly has to removed from the inside of the potato. So none of the pieces are inside the potato... they are scattered as the Bach hatch does not stay attached. Pieces are sturdy, and they are extremely hard to insert into pre drilled slots. Bought this toy for my son to add to his Toy Story collection and I have to say it does not disappoint. Really am happy with how it came in and the size it is. Totally worth your money. It is not a cheap knock off it's actually the same as the movie.

Quite a disappointment when compared with old Mr. Potato Head! The accessories don't fit, they won't stay attached, they fall off and it's such a bummer. Hat doesn't stay on, flower falls off, earrings fall off, eyes fall out, ears don't push all the way in. Booo. It's a shame quality & production have gone downhill. My son is obsessed with the potato heads; and this was definitely a great purchase. The quality is good and it comes with more accessories in her storage compartment. The only issue I had was that the flower on the hat would not stay: but it was an easy fix with super glue.

    • Falls apart and frustrating to play with!

We were excited to get Mrs. POTATO HEAD for our 2 yr old granddaughter, a compliment for her Mr. POTATO HEAD she loves alot. But this Mrs Potato head kept falling apart easily and became a frustration.Her arms are heavy and loose.She comes with 2 noses and one of them has a long stem which is pretty dangerous for a toddler. Also her ears and hat flower fall off easily and it is difficult to stand her up since the shoes stem is very loose as well. I don't know if it is just this one pr if all are like that. ... show more
