These sheets are just as I'd hoped, the color is a bit lighter than the photo, a medium purple and I really love it. They fit the bed tight, and I have a 13" mattress. The straps hold the bottom sheet in place, which is really nice because it would definitely slip off without them. The sheets look really nice so far, and I was particularly going for this color because I painted my dresser a similar purple! Really goes well with my theme. They are super comfortable for me, I don't feel hot or cold, and the fabric is very silky. I love them way more than my cotton sheets! I've had satin pillows for a while and they are definitely easier on my skin and hair and I'm really happy I purchased this set! I do wish there was maybe a liner fabric on the bottom or sides or small weights so the top doesn't move around so much when I'm just walking by. ... show more

My comforter was too heavy and it was constantly sliding off of the bed in the middle of the night.
